Wellbeing at 55+ 


There is still no consensus on a single definition of well-being, but there is general agreement that it includes the presence of positive emotions and moods (such as contentment, happiness), the absence of negative emotions (i.e. depression, anxiety), satisfaction with life, a sense of completeness and the feeling that we live to the fullest.

In simple words, it means to evaluate life positively and feel good.
